The message I received on my message bank was the following in a robotic voice.

"Law suit case is getting filed under your name.
The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division number 2, 4017 0963.
Now if we don't hear from you we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible"

I received the same message on my voicemail.

Robo voice caller leaves message / plays recording. The idea is you get scared, call them back, and they scam you out of money for the payment of fines. You can safely block and disregard this - and any other call like it. That is not ever how the ATO operates.

Caller: ATO robot voice

ATO robotic voice saying they were calling from the ATO audits department. Hung up shortly after and didn't hear the rest. Scam.

I had the same call on both my mobile phones within minutes of each other...listened to the message and immediately thought scam...I haven't done anything wrong and even if there was a legal issue somewhere it would not begin with a call like this...b****y scammers!

Scam call about requiring a call back or an arrest warrant will be issued. I let it run to voicemail, wish I'd picked up to chat with them.

Just received the same call with same message. Ah free bed and board I guess 🤣

Caller: someone from division 2

i just received acall from this number which i didn’t picked. but then I received an voicemail in which the guy was teing me to get back to him otherwise he will have to send me an arrest warrant . He asked to call back on 040170963.
after looking at google i found a comment by someone against this number. So found that it was fake call and tht is why sharing my experience as well

I had exactly the same msg of the person who last wrote the complaint.

The message I received on my message bank was the following in a robotic voice.

said that if they don't hear from me, they'll issue arrest warrant. Spammmmm !!!

I got the same message from a robotic voice

"Law suit case is getting filed in your name..." some thing about the taxation office and wanting me to call back. Not likely.

Just got the exact same call.

Missed a call, the recording was cut but I also received a robotic voice stating if I do not call back they'll issue an arrest warrant.

This a scam and the ATO is aware of. I received the same call today
