they’ve called me continuously for about ten days now, claiming i have to “pay my telstra bill”…. IM WITH OPTUS LEAVE ME ALONE

I didn’t answer it, but I am a Telstra customer with no outstanding bills. Definitely not legit.

This is a scam number as I received a call to say they were going to disconnect my internet, due to a bill. The problem is I haven't had an account with Telstra for over 2 years and when i said this they hung up

It's a scam, the people saying that it is a legitimate call are probably in on the scam.

This is clearly a scam, but what is scary is that they knew that my bill was overdue and my first and last name (which I confirmed assuming it was telstra), then they asked me to confirm my DOB (I didnt confirm and hung up at this point, so not sure what other information they had). Super scary.

they should still not request you to confirm personal details, cant they just send a text message reminding to pay the bill

Had call from this number twice already today it’s a recorded msg want me to press 1 and apparently it’s not a Telemarketer 😂

This is NOT Telstra - first message was an automated message in a foriegn language with lots of crackling in the background, second phone call they hung up, third phone call they wanted my DOB, didn't pick up the next two calls. Five phone calls in one day - my bill is not overdue.

Scam - do not give any personal details

Number has called me twice today in regards to an ‘urgent message from Telstra’ but says it’s a message for some guy who’s name I’ve never even heard of before..
Definitely not a legitimate caller

Rings all the time machine based answering we hang up think this is possible scammers (get a life)

I keep getting missed calls from this number and they don't leave a message. If this were really Telstra I would think they would leave a voicemail message. Seems scammy to me!!! If they call me again I will blow my whistle in the f*ckers ear!!!
