It is Telstra, unfortunately if you have a number a previous customer had and they didn't pay they will call you, that's what happened to me

I believe this to be a scam - i have no overdue bills with telstra and no need for them to be calling - telstra if they do ring are a 13 number not nsw 02 8*****

Some say it's Telstra reminding you to pay your bill, I had a call and I don't have any bills due. I usually get an email or maybe a text message as a reminder. And why don't they leave a message then you would know for next time they call.

They say this is Telstra, they ring when your bill is one day late. They are so quick to chase for money, but when you need their help where are they then.

Voice msg from Telstra stating there will be an interruption to my service. Hmmm wanted other personal info, just not prepared to give it as smells like a scam to me.

Block this number. They don't leave messages and hang up after one ring.

Caller: Telstra Automated Service

This is a reminder call from Telstra regarding an overdue invoice. You can arrange payment or request an extension for payment date.

It's NOT a scam or nuisance telemarketer. This number IS safe to answer.

Caller: Telstra Accounts Service

It is a legitimate Telstra call.
Automated call advising of a late bill payment required.
They will tell you your name and year of borth and then ask you to type in your day and month of birth. Then you will be advised how much is owing and options to pay or leave a message on your account that it will be paid by a certain date.

Said they were Telstra, and were reminding me to pay my over=due phone bill. Funny, I don't have a Telstra phone account!! Googled the number and found this site. Must have been a scam.
