received call at 6.24pm WST 21 January 2016 from 0685469856 female claimed company based in Sth Melbourne for past 10 years 'Australian Quality Service' wanted me to take part in survey how many live in house, work?, own business? etc. I asked for their contact number and female gave 1800 855 964 ...... told them to wait whilst I did my own security check on them :) .... female hung up. People these are scammers are out to make an easy quick buck ..... 1ST CLASS OVERSEAS SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep getting calls from 06 8546 9856 as of yesterday. No one at the other end or messages being left. Will add to my phone book as nusance caller and ignore all future calls. Seems rather sus.

They call us constantly, firstly on our VoIP number then immediately after on our DO NOT CALL Telstra number. I always answer but never speak. They hang up within seconds!!! Don't these clowns have any morals or respect for others!

They called during my after nap. Comment "we are a Melbourne Survey Company" I told them "don't bother me" and just HUNG UP
this was just after another SCAM call advising that "I was recently a victim of a recent Roadside offence" and they can assist.

Our number is not listed and is according to Optus not to be found anywhere yet these people attempted to call

Maybe Optus has a leak in their own Indian facility

Selling employment insurance

This is an update to my post. I answered the phone (by mistake actually) and was told that they offer an opportunity to reduce tax and wanted someone from their organisation to come and talk with me and my wife. Then I asked for their number and I was given a 1300 number which belonged to a Melbourne property business. I did not answer the number again (they keep calling me still) becasue the name of the business they gave differed from the name of the business that had the 1300 phone number.

Yep i got a missed call from this # tonight on my mobile so i have saved the number as SCAMMERS. My mob is not listed anywhere

Free chapati and doner kebab only for Indian scam call centres ! But they must embrace Islam first !!
Indian scams will even con you of your private parts and sell them off !!

I have had few miss calls from this number in last two weeks. No message were left on on my answering machine.

Just received 2 calls from this number - didn't leave any message but after reading comments on here I will not be answering.

They called me today and I did not answer. My number is in the Do Not Call Register. I am wondering whether they ever check it before calling someone.

These people call my land line which is registered on 'do not call' register and now I can see that it's them again and don't answer. They never leave any message and then call my mobile straight afterwards. Why can we not stop these unwanted calls? Dont answer to this number ever!!

Indian sounding voice wanted to inform me that the government was making changes to laws, I went on the attack and keep asking him were he got my number as it is silent, every answer he gave me I told him he was lying and kept asking him the same question in an angrier tone, requested his name and address so I can report him to the AFP he ended the call

Received call this evening 23/7/15 about 7.30pm. Didn't answer as on Mobile. No message left.

this number 06 85469856 calls me every day without fail at 14:56 some time i answer and i get hung up on straight away - i call the number back once and it says optus advises the number is is incomplete or disconnected, (witch is it optus?)

im picking some sort of scam - but when a person rings me about personal details or question airs ect.(try this it works every time without fail) i let them get a 10-15 seconds in to there conversion and then say you know you have called the head office of the Federal police - fraud department, sorry i missed your name at the start. they all ways hang up and never call back.
