Received an email informing me of a transaction being processed. The number above was included and informed that if I didn't recognise this transaction to contact 1800 959 627. When I called the number a recorded message informed that "the number you have called is not in use at this time". I donot recognise this number and have not made an authorised payment for the amount stated in the email.

Caller: Spam Call Scam number: 1800 959 627 It's listed on a scam email pretending to be an invoice from PayPal. It is not legit, as the sender email address is listed as sotemgacor.fraud.prevention @ultra-technology. net
Email subject appears as: E Invoice - Receipt Team
Email body reads as: Dear Customer, We're pleased to let you know that your payment of $266.99 AUD for your recent order has been successfully processed. Here are your transaction details: Amount: $266.99 AUD Transaction ID: PPL-053729T929N1 Transaction Date: Thursday, 26 June 2025 If you don't recognize this transaction or have any questions, please contact us immediately at 1800 959 627. Please note, this is an automated email. For all inquiries, kindly use the contact number provided. We appreciate your business!
