searching says "1800 959 517 is likely associated with a service called Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre" in central highlands. I questioned the heavily accented person who said he wasn't from safe steps. I rang because i received an emailed invoice for $299 for services ordered 5/7, which i never ordered, and my bank shows no records for it, and i don't live in Central Highlands.
