Caller: Scammer This is a scam that has been alerted by community organisations such as CHOICE. They send you a sms from INFOSMS saying: "you sent $xxxx AUD for Airtime upon authorized use. (OTP) is xxxxxx, if you did not make this request, Contact us: (1800 953 587" There are variations for what they claim the paypal transaction is about. If you check your paypal, there is no transaction. Also the phone number they ask you to contact will vary. Looks like they will all be 1800953xxx. CHOICE indicated the number 1800 953 051 is also associated with this scam. BLOCK and REPORT.

Caller: INFOSMS Your PAYPAL Acc. debited for 2700.00 AUD on 2022/o3/22, credited to Mr John Rey. UPI:57175023108002 Call (+61)1800-953-587 to STOP processing. Dodge (month o3 - has the letter o not number zero) SCAM - goodluck cause there isn't enough money in the account!!
