Caller: Computer locked screen warning

Windows Defender Security Warning Scam
Unable to remove this warning, with an added warning not to re boot, but to ring 1800 943 140 for a Microsoft Windows Engineer to assist. I investigated on line via my phone so find its a scam

Same thing happened to my Ipad. You have the option to Allow or Don't Allow and when you hit Don't allow.... nothing happens.
