Just silence then hangs up. Very annoying when trying to operate a business.

Our business has been receiving multiple calls a day from 1800 934 262 (up to four calls a day for the past week or so), from a company claiming to be 'Clean Energy Australia'. Usually by the time we get through the welcome spiel "Good morning, thank you for calling..." etc, they have hung up, but it is becoming a real nuisance and disruption to our operation. On the few occasions we have been able to speak with someone, we have requested to be removed from the list, but to no avail. I called back and asked to speak with a manager today and was hung up on twice before speaking with 'Frank Walker' who told me he would remove us, and when I asked for his company name and website he gave me: www.cleanenergy.au, which doesn't exist. We then continued to receive two more sales calls in the afternoon and both times they hung up once I asked to speak with 'Frank Walker'. I tried calling back again and was put on indefinite hold. I have reported this number and the persistent nuisance calls to the Clean Energy Council of Australia.
