It's a scam, they are not Apple, just go to settings, Safari and delete browsing history, this resets safari.

This turned up as a number to ring when my Chrome browser froze on my Android phone. I rang it. The guy, asked what problem was. I told him. He then asked for my name, address & phone number. I asked why he wanted my address, something wasn't right - he hung up quickly. I didnt give him any of my information. Well not verbally. Still cant unlock browser.

Came up in my Chrome browser on Windows Surface device telling me that I was being hacked and exposed across all my computer and to call this number immediately. Guy answered the phone and said he was MSFT support. Gave me a program address to RUN. I asked his name and for more information before pressing confirm. Sounded suspect. He gave the name Neil Roy (Indian person) said he was from California, even gave me Employee number. My daughter works for MSFT - I had her on another line doing a search on this guy. He hung up. Damn these guys..!!

Apple security breach alert was coming when opening safari. It's scam and 1800 931 950 number was coming on screen to call that number. Don't do anything. I reset my phone, but it didn't work. I switched it off overnight and it was gone when I turned it on back in morning.
