I had an alert message on my computer disabling the use of it until I called
When I called they said they were from microsoft and that I had a threat and had to pay them $199 to fix it, then they wanted another $300
I told them I do not authorize the second payment yet I was charged, when I called them to dispute and I was told I would be refunded $300
I am still waiting and I have put an un autherised payment with my bank
The number is now non exixtant
obviously a scam

If you get alert scams on your computer / press and hold the start button to restart your computer and this will get the scam off your computer ...

These f*cking idiots tried to do remote connection and wouldnt provide support address for the drivers I needed then the f*ckers hung up on me as they woudnt listen to ALL I WANTED WAS A f*ckING DRIVER ADDRESS ended up having to use a mates computer so i could goto there site and get it working. they had no reason to connect to my pc remotley unless they wanted to steal information.. f*cking slope head muslim

Fully refused to provide ACER url details asked for re: drivers etc.
ONLY REMOTE ACCESS was what prick tried.
