Multiple possibilities are to be tried. They are many good explanations on Youtube. If you are a bit computer fan, try to search on your stat bar enquiries such as " start up". More importantly, when the pop up or other unwanted message appears check where and how this pop up is loaded. For that you need to use your TASK MANAGER. To find your task maanger you can access it through search from your start up icon. Usually you can find anything from your task manager. I am after those Indian scammers . I almost had to buy a new Hard drive.
