I just keep getting this prompt saying call or cancel and keeps spamming out my phone practically locking you out of it, and from using it in any way.

unlimited call notification rendering my phone useless. Can't even close it or anything its just getting spammed and fully stuck

As all the rest of the comments, iPad Call/Cancel, trying to call number - it doesn't even have a SIM!

I also had a call from this number. Couldn't do anything to cancel or dismiss the call couldn't even turn it off the missed call message was still there. I had to plug it into the computer as if I was doing an update and that worked. Need to try and block that number.

Number has locked phone - cannot shut down etc. Does anyone know how to clear this?

locked out of my phone. i called back but they hung up without answering any questions. Total pain .

I pressed a link and a prompt with the number 1800 825 631 appeared with either call or cancel, it was just continuous and pressing cancel would just return back to the prompt locking you out of your device.
