Caller: Letter in the mail from "citi" Definitely a scam - the letter includes the number 1800 818 008 that does not appear on the official citi website and check the address at the top right with Sydney, NSW Australia's post code as 1234. They also had another number at the bottom of the page being 1300 550 216. The poorly written sentences and font changes all point to a scam. If you have received this letter, call citi from the numbers listed on their website and get them check your account for fraudulent activity.
