I thought this was support for Xero. They led me believe they were connected with xero. Luckily the indian accent guy was so rude I realised they were not connected to xero. I am also suspicious of this company as he tried to get me to pay $199 to save xero files that I could do myself.

Caller: 1800 817 695 I actually rang this number to get help to recover a forgotten email password and I already locked myself out of my own account because trying the password too many times and being incorrect and explained this to the person. He then told me my account had been trying to accessed from an IP address in Mexico. Then it would be $149 fee to recover the account. But didn't try to take any payment there and then and said I would be contacted a few days later. And I was but luckily done some research and found it it's the same number for a lot of other software programs. I told the person I suspected this was a scam and said I'm an f- ing idiot and hung up on me. Haha I'm no idiot derrrr!!!
