I think i nearly got scammed from them. When installing my Canon printer went to the website to install software as per instructions, but somehow it landed on their site, that looked like cannon so thought i was on right place. But when downloading it returned an error and I had to ring the number 1800 807 793. I allowed them to assess my PC to find the error and the operator shows me all these errors ( probably fake) that was on my hard drive and so interferring with the software to be downloaded. Then said they could fix up needed to clean up the error and it would cost! I hung up and closed the remote access to my PC. Then next day returned to the instructions from Canon and this time I landed on the correct web site and downloaded software without a hitch. So I googled this number and seems its a scam

This number is supplied by a website presenting itself as the Canon Printer Installer. I believe this whole website and phone number is a phishing scam. I did not ring this number and don't intend to.
