Caller: SMS from Paypal

Claimed it was PayPal and asked me to call back this number 1800 512 137 because my Paypal account was paying $1750 to a construction company

Assumed Scam, text message supposedly from PayPal, wanting me to click a link phone number, above, to rectify a cosmetics purchase of $2200 I did not purchase any cosmetics.

Claiming to be from PayPal saying I had made a payment to a construction company
