This number is being used on Coinbase scam emails as the security helpline for Coinbase. This is a SCAM.

they are impersonating UBank

Caller: Someone pretends to be from Suncorp

Received SMS from sender showed up as "Suncorp" bank:
Message: Your Secure Code has been successfully updated. if you did not request this, please call us IMMEDIATELY 1800 497 106.

"Your Secure Code has been successfully updated. If you did not request this, Please call us IMMEDIATELY 1800 497 106" - I don't have a Suncorp account so came here to report another instance of this number.

got a message from 'SUNCORP' saying that a security number was changed, but it looks like a scam

Got sms from "AlertNAB" pretending to be from NAB Fraud Dept. SMS was from 1800 497 106 .. claimed his address was Oxford St, Leederville Village, WA, 6007. Somehow I doubt NAB bases its fraud division in WA !!! Beware.

They’re using the same phone number as the coin base and Ubank scams listed above!! Be careful!!

This was on a scam email allegedly from Coinbase.
