Received txt from this number saying my account was accessed in Auckland NZ.
Called number and they had the well organised voice message like the banks do.
On a couple of questions about the account they realised we were onto them and they hung up.

Caller: "WESTPAC"

"WESTPAC: A login was made from location: Auckland, NZ. If this was NOT you, please contact us urgently on 1800 491 856. REF: NA939"

Scam number. Texted using a header name that will show up as Westpac if you google it (655505), so keep an eye out for it. If you're looking here after receiving a text from a bank talking about a login being made from a different location, DO NOT trust it.

Comm bank login scam. Avoid links in sms. Fishing scam.

Caller: SMS

SMS from COMM-ALERT saying a new device has been registered and to phone that number to secure my funds.

Got a due invoice for $454.00 supposedly from Norton Inc. Due 07/13/2022
Note; I've copied the emailed message and pasted it here and here's what it read;

This email confirms your annual renewal subscription plan with us.
The recurring annual charge ahs been processed successfully, kindly check you statement for this charge.

Please feel free to reach us at 1800 491 856

Also ran the provided number of which the caller answered with an english name but with a heavy indian accent. Hung up and called the same number of which the caller answered with a different english name with a heavy indian accent.
After confronting the caller about their bodgy english names and their heavy indian accent, poor spelling, poor grammar in their email message, they know I was onto them so they hum up. Rang the number back several times only to get a message: "The number you have dialled is not in service".They got caught out.
