Text message allegedly from PAYPAL saying I'd sent $500 to Int'lectinfosystems Limited, any dispute call 1800 491 580... clearly a scam.

Caller: SMS message

Message received from mobile 0412 326 609 advising to call 1800 491 580 to challenge a charge I allegedly received. Clear scam.

Received same as above but for Canon EOS R6 Camera.
Have not ordered any. SCAM.

I received a text from 0476 652 766 saying confirmed payment of $3,969.99 for a camera. If there is any dispute, call 1800 491 580. Sounded dodgy as I did not make any purchases. Check in here and found the review saying its fake tech support scammers .

Text message: Said I had purchased an Galaxy note and to please call their helpline. Total BS! Message read: You paid $2099.99 for Samsung Electronics Galaxy Note 20 128GB at AMZ. 0rder# 11012077VD on 2021-04-10, Customer helpline 1800 491 580 if any dispute.

Following text message received from random Australian mobile number

You paid $2969.00 against Canon EOS R6 Camera at AMZ. 0rder# 109GJ1151RK on 2021-04-10. Customer helpline 1800 491 580 if any dispute.

Sent a message.

Said I had purchased a product via a text. Replied for them to contact AFP.

Text message saying we had bought some fancy camera for $3k, gave this 1800 number “if any dispute”! Very dodgy.

Caller: 1800 491 580

Message received via SMS: "You paid $2969.00 against Canon EOS R6 Camera at AMZ. 0rder# 906KJ231RV on 2021-04-10. Customer helpline +61-1800 491 580 if any dispute". I made no such purchase, this is a SCAM (phishing ?). DO NOT RESPOND.

Received a text message regarding my order for a Galaxy tablet. As I knew nothing about this, I phoned this number. The man claimed the order was places by Dominic. I became very suspicious when he emailed me a code which he wanted me to repeat to him.

Got text message on my mobile phone re 'my order' for Canon EOS R6 camera with an order number advising me to call the above number if any dispute. I haven't ordered a camera but glad I checked this spam number first!

They sent a text saying I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note and had taken $2099.99 as payment. Even gave me an order number ! I did order anything. I didn't pay anything. Scammers.

Scam text message claiming I'd bought a $2,969 Canon camera from Amazon, which I hadn't, and 1800 491 580 included as the "Customer Helpline". This 1800 number is listed on a few other scam watch sites so beware.
