Scam pretending to be CBa and to call number to give bank details, its a scam please dont call them

message claims 2b commonwealth bank but phone states it's a suspected spam...since I do not deal with CBA, believe it's a spam...

Comes up as CommBank But claims they sent me a letter, blah blah. Checked letters messages online banking. No letters sent. Is scam

I got a txt message saying it was the commonwealth bank and saying…. I think it’s a scam …. Don’t call them!
We wrote to you with reference number 90502xxxx about a refund of fees. As we've not heard back from you, we've been unable to pay the refund. Please call the CommBank Remediation Team on 1800 413 797 to discuss the refund. Please disregard if you've actioned our request. Thanks, CommBank
