Caller: Someone impersonating Windows Support My computer screen suddenly lit up with warning signs and loudspeaker warning me to "not access or restart computer .... etc for fear of losing identity,files ..etc" but to immediately phone 1800 413 048 that was supposedly Windows Technical Support number.This message was from " Microsoft 365 " but I have never signed up to that. The urgency of the demands added to the liklihood of a scam.
