Received text this morning regarding suspicious activity on my PayPal account

Received this text from +905451933302 about a "unrecognized payment attempt" asking me to call this number.

Forward the text to phishing @ paypal.com.au

Received sms to call this number, purported to be PayPal Security Team, saying a suspicious transaction was attempted on my Paypal account. Thought it may be phishing, I rang PayPal on a legitimate number. Was advised that the 1800 number above is NOT their security team.

So, DO NOT CALL, just delete & block them.

I also received a text from +41796428841 about a paypal transaction and asked me to call 1800 371 804

I had the same number text me this morning as well

Recieved a text from "paypal" about a "fraudulent charge" asking me to call this number
