Caller: An INDIAN PERSON Verbal message came on the computer saying we had a virus, not to close down the computer, and to phone Microsoft gave 1800 371 095 as the number. Someone with an accent said he would talk us through how to shut down the computer safely. Eventually asked me to enter a code, said no, he stressed if I closed down the computer we would not be able to start it up again. I disconnected the call and closed down the computer.
