Caller: Email from ANZ Email from ANZ for KYC (Know Your Customer) review is legitimate. Called their fraud department to verify this. 1800 343 171 is valid. another number for the legal team is 1800 434 181. You should call ANZ on customer support number 131314 and verify for yourself as they WILL lock your accounts until you provide the info they want. This has happened to me before.

Received an email from ANZ asking for KYC review, call this number to confirm information held by ANZ. Was asked to email info through to them, realized this was not right and told them I would hang up and ring Melbourne Office directly. SCAM........
