This is definitely a scam number ANZ confirmed over phone call. This number was a link in the sms.

Caller: Scam ANZ Number suggested to ring by 02.8488.4908 - scammy - but couldn’t connect to my account via my phone number. Male I spoke to couldn’t confirm if this was usual procedure for ANZ

This is absolutely a SCAM , I called the ANZ using the number on my credit card - they advised this number isn’t theirs, they hadn’t tried to contact me and my account was all up to date.
