Caller: 1800 317 250 SMS from +44 7375 912690 - Appears to be a PayPal phishing scam. It falsely claims that a transaction on your account has been placed on hold and that, unless you call 1800 317 250 within 24 hours, the payment will be released. The urgency is designed to pressure you into calling, where scammers may attempt to obtain personal information, banking details, login credentials, or persuade you to install remote access software to gain access to your accounts.

I received same message. The phone number to call is not the contact number on the PayPal website.
