I had the same issue and i called up vodafone to block any premium service and they have done it then i was forwarded to this 1800 302 038 company and i confirmed them that i am not a gaming person at all and would like a refund of whatever has been charged so far. they have promised me to send a cheque of the amount. waiting on it.

I've been charged $6.6 from the SMS 19771978. Talked to VirginMobile to block it and couldn't get money back. Never downloaded the game or subscribed.

I've been charged too! The message says to opt out text 19761977, I did this, and then message came up on my phone "Messaging would like to send a message to 19761977 … This may cause charges on your mobile account" I pressed send and the message never sends and comes up with a failed sent message. I also phone the help number 1800 302 038 and it was "not connected". I don't even play games on my phone or the internet at all! ….
I've phoned Vodafone and they blocked both the 19761977 number and the 1800302038 number that also came up in the message.
