Caller: I called that number

My computer locked up and a Security Alert hit the screen with dire warnings to not log off - not to restart and to phone the number 1800 215 992. Which I did do and I was told it was Microsoft and the person said he could help me. He was guiding me through the steps UNTIL he came to the bit where he wanted to access my computer and I said no I would get family help. Lucky I did.

Caller: Calls herself Hazel Walters

My husband's computer was remote locked and a message said to ring Windows and gave this phone number to ring this person answered who says she is from GPS Digital Services. They lockup your computer and demand payment to unlock it.
