Recorded message loaded onto my landline phone re contacting this number 1800 050 022)
You ring someone from your landline & before it connects you get this recorded message & then after you listen to the message your call gets connected.
Rang the number & yes it was Telstra NBN sales staff.
I requested to have this message removed & they were OK with removing it but why do they have to put recorded messages on our landline in the first place. Our phone line & internet connection is not due to finish until Feb 2019. This is a form of annoying Telstra customers which in the long run could force people to go to other services (Optus, Vodaphone etc. Damn annoying message but it is legit & is from Telstra.

Telstra havent given correct address for NBN hookup. Called NBN and told to ring provider to change. Did that and still not changed. Thanks for nothing Telstra!!!

Extremely annoying recorded message loaded onto our landline phone re - contacting this number ph: 1800 050 022.
Dialing out on landline & before connection this recorded message, then after listening to the message your call gets connected. Is this a breach of the privacy act in the form of phone marketing Telstra? Please remove!

1; They want as much detail on your phone bill as possible. 2; Just give me a YES or NO answer, we've sent you a second bill I'll call you back after you've picked it up, & that says it all. Your personal data extremely unsafe after being passed onto 3rd parties along with your voice recording. Still waiting

Recorded message when I make outgoing calls, telling me to ring that number. When I rang the Telstra rep told me that my landline will be cut off in 2 to 12 weeks so I need to connect to the NBN. They said they would remove the annoying and time-consuming message in 24 hours.
