I just had the same thing. asking me to type something into my computer so it could be opened.

Stated that there was something wrong with my computer and I need to go sit infront of it and press the buttons she told me too. When I ask what her name was she said Nancy and then quickly said oh no my names mary William. You could hear someone in the back ground guiding her what to say. She also gave me reference number m1025 and a call back number when I asked 1800 064 049
