"We want you to get more from Telstra. Watch the video at http://tel.st/8qpb"
Looks dodgy. Do not reply through your phone. From an independent browser, the website is not logging in at all. Dodgy.

Scammers claiming to be Telstra. Claimed my prepaid was about to run out, which I thought was odd since it has about a week left. You know it's a scam when there is a 1800 number attached. Caller: Supposedly from Telstra

Caller: Crappy Telstra
Keep on getting crappy Telstra SMS messages, didn't sign up for this crap when get a new phone contract and if you want to opt out you have to call the number to get of Telstra crappy system, what a joke!
I get messages from this number regularly.
Often address me as Kathleen which is not even close to my name.
They also tell me there’s work in my area “Riana” which is absolutely nowhere near where I live.
The best part is, I am not even with Telstra!
But unlike people above, it is not all in capitals on my phone. It shows as Telstra.
I’ve never tried a link as it doesn’t feel right to me, and even if it’s legit, it’s useless to me as I’m not a Telstra customer.

People here saying "no way to block them". You can indeed block these SMSs (I just have!) using the standard steps on your phone. Caller: Allegedly Telstra believe scammer
