Spam sms received asking to ring number:

they claim i sent an amount of money for ecads @paypal . its crap.

I think that its a scam.

Scammers initially contacting through a SMS claiming I had made a payment through my PayPal and offering a dispute service.

Scam saying i made payment to paypal and to call this number if not me.
