Caller: I called them because this number came up in a 'Windows' search!
I clicked on a 'Microsoft' support item that contained all the same info that comes up on a legitimate page - FAQs, get account help by mail etc, and the Microsoft info for Sydney which includes this number. As it was ringing, it diverted to another number - but I didn't notice that immediately. Long story - I stupidly let the guy into my computer, he said my screen would go dark briefly, asked questions about my contacts, and got a little too nosey about my bank/s. I refused to answer, he got angry and left me there with a black screen. I still had the frozen screen when I got back on in my usual fashion, but I managed to get back on myself eventually, and saw that he'd had my list of saved passwords up. The number that 132058 diverted to was (02) 8006 6722. Luckily, I don't save bank log-ins.
