They are texting me saying I owe money but i won't call them back now that I've read other posts. Thanks you saved me a headache.

Claims I owe RACV money on my account… I don’t even insure with RACV. Constant texting and calling. They’re just trying to extract information from you and if possible get someone gullible enough to pay them over the phone.

ARL working for NRMA .
They are scammers . They know their faults. But they still scam you want you money or said something then get evidence.

I was out and my husband answered the phone. Said someone from ARL left a message for me using my first name only. Said it was personal and urgent. When my husband asked what ARL stood for, the woman said "can't tell you." The number that actually shows on my caller ID for that call is (03) 9320 0121
