Scammers. Msg to my tablet! Stating owed money from an optus billing matter. Spoke to optus to confirm as I've never been late with Bill. Was told all in order I was actually in credit. Lol. I called the number got a foreign lady. Asked for person details. Do not give. As they don't have any info. Just random numbers. I made sure to let them know they are theives and to get a real job instead of stealing. Once I called number never do they state they are arl.

The privacy act prevents disclosure of information until the identity of the caller is established. That is to protect your privacy. Don't forget that phone numbers get recycled.

This service is a serious threat to people's security (how are they getting numbers?...even after I block them, they reach me again) and peace. When you call them, they have a non-english speaking 'kid' there who won't answer any questions. They won't even tell me who I am...who they are after. If it is a serious about what they do, let them come to our address or put something in writing in the mail. Beware.
