The privacy act works both ways, ask them their name number & position, when you get all that report them to ACCC for harassment, they are owned by the other sharks capital house so make sure you get a copy of deed of assignment.

Very cagey rings all surnames to find someone they have lost contact with asked what it was about wouldnt say however left me a reference number. Eluded answering my questions sounded like a hoax call and they said that under the privacy act they could do this .our phone number is blocked would tell me their full name at all!
