They are a legitimate company and it would be in most peoples best interests to return the call as they likely leave blocks on the card they are querying. If in doubt it is always best to contact your own financial institution and say you received a call from the vigil fraud team.

Was just about to call these sh*ts and give them the run around, but, then, no, why should I. calling them only confirms which bank you belong to, however, will contact my bank and inform them.
