Sent an SMS from AGL re money owing on Gas Bill, I was to call this number, its an automated service to pay your bill, and you cannot speak to anyone to sort the problem. This was NOT a scam, but I did in fact owe money (I paid the wrong amount). I called the normal customer service number to fix the problem.
