There is NO Chad on my phone account!!! Very annoying. Think it is a scam

Got a letter for past 3 years that my autistic adult child has a $3306.14 dollars for power that he doesn't owe due to the fact all bills are in my name as l called company that was listed but off google and nothing in his name as we already know just touching base so they also knew about it 👍

Pretty sure this is fake I never used credit corp and I have texts for a quicker payment option I deleted and I have had call and they wanted to know everything I told them they rang me and I haven’t had calls since just text

Caller: Received letter

Received letter addressed to a weird name to our address demanding payment from credit Corp group. I phoned number 1300 657 393 and the dial tone was weird and when they answered they just said “hello” I asked if they were credit Corp and they wouldn’t disclose who they were. I asked if they were a real company and she answered with yes I am a real person?? Definitely a scam hoping people pay the account online which is suggested in the letter.
