Received the following SMS - [FirstName] was my first name. Looks legit but NAB ID isn't mine.
REMINDER: [FirstName], you need to confirm your banking details, even if nothing has changed. This only takes about 2 minutes.
As you're registered for online banking, you can confirm your details by:
1. Simply log in to the NAB app or Internet Banking using NAB ID ending in 1671. 2. Select 'Confirm details' in your notifications or select the bell icon to find the notification.
You can also confirm your details by calling us on 1300 631 727 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT).
To check our phone number and to find out more, visit the NAB website and search 'Confirm details'.
To comply with our regulatory obligations, if customers don't confirm their details, unfortunately we may be required to restrict access to their account(s) until it's complete. Already done? Please ignore this. Thanks, NAB
