This phone number was on the back of a Specialised Recoveries by Telstra Credit Management. I am not with Telstra and do not have any accounts with them. It is a SCAM but it is on the back of the form on How to Pay under Online Payment with credit card - don't have a credit card or can be through at Telstra.com.au/paymybill or call that number. Will be calling Telstra complaints again to let them know this development. First they targeted my husband who is ill now me. Horrible Scammers

I've repeatedly got SMS from fake "Telstra" requesting my account is overdue, threat to cancel and to pay now, even with a name and account number - who isn't me - I'm not even with Telstra! I've informed my real service provider and ACC of this scam, but this doesn't seem to stop them.

They sent my son a bill at my address. He doesn't even live here unless on holidays. He has never been with telstra. We guessed a scam because of the cheap paper used and of course the obvious reason, that he just doesn't have an account! Just received a demand prior to "credit reporting agency" where this "default will then stay on your record for five years"! What scum my son is only 23!! ALso, the demand arrived the day they said it MUST be paid. Bast**ds!!!!!!

These cretins continually leave SMS on my wife's mobile ... and she has never had a Telstra account. Definitely a scam ... BEWARE and give them no details whatsoever.

Scam. Received a message with link to pay an overdue Telstra bill and this number for Michelle. I am not Michelle and I am not with Telstra so definitely a scam. They later rang me to sort out payment. Beware!! Do not give them any details.

TXT telling me my bill was overdue.
Called Telstra direct, Scam.
No history of a SMS being sent to my phone.
Bill payed and up to date (as i knew it was)
According to the service rep, the number does not belong to telstra.

Legitimate SMS advising my bill was ready for viewing.

I got a legitimate looking bill notice via mail saying I have $60 overdue however I'm not even with Telstra, this number was on the mail.

Have contacted Telstra twice about text messages. First by person, 2nd by internet. In both cases they know of no outstanding bills to me. Recommended that I should ignore messages. MUST BE SCAM.

Do not have a Telstra account but received in the same day , 3 bills for 3 different months from Telstra to pay by direct debit card or My Account . I rang the incoming phone number 1300 369 666 and got a received message,,,,," optus advises the number was incorrect or incomplete please check and dial again" ???? I have now blocked this number in my mobile file ...

.I am holidaying in NYC. Phone rang twice in night. Found a message to ring this number or go to a Tesltra shop etc.. Tried help line of Telstra.. timed out..
hada family n=member in Au ring the number.. she just got a receiving message with no identification. Whatever it is I do not think it is good enough

this is Telstra sending billing information ie advising that the bill is due to view online. not a scam number
