from the above number. I suspect it is a scam even tho, they had my correct Telstra acct number. Reason I suspected it was that my bill is not due yet. Logged on totally separately and nope my bill is not due for at least 6 days

Supposedly Telstra but it's a recorded message asking to confirm all personal details before they'll transfer me to speak to someone. Hard nope.

It's the Telstra phone billpay number and it's written on the bottom of yourTelstra phone bill.

ive just received a letter of demand for an unpaid telstra bill. A) I dont use my residential address for accounts as was this bill. B) account number is wrong.
C) the BPay acc number isnt telstra and C) I dont owe them any money. Be warned

Received a Text message saying that my Telstra account was overdue and to call this 1300 369 666 number to avoid being disconnected? When I called the number it came up with a warning on my mobile saying "potential fraud" I called Telstra to check and then telstra sent me a link for Telstra app to check my account balance anytime. Strangely the message I had received to call the 1300 369 666 number claiming to be from "Telstra" to avoid disconnection disappeared after I had spoken to Telstra direct, my account is not overdue so thought it was strange to receive this sms text message in the first place. If ever in doubt just call the company direct to check

Not Telstra! Telstra consultant said these numbers don’t belong to them, they’re fake numbers, followed up by fake text messages with fake links to get your cc details, and they will never ring and ask you any personal id details.

1300 369 666 is given as 'pay by phone' number.
Local Telstra shop don't know anything about it

Got sms about bill overdue but am not with telstra.. there was 1300 number it said to call so called 132200 customer service line instead just to be sure they sorted and said to ignore and they will monitor.
