My 91 y.o. mother's phone calls this number at 03.59am each morning but she has no idea who it is or why. So she is paying 30c connection fee 365 days each year. Bizarre!

I am having the same problem with Telstra with this 1300 300 015 number. No resolution yet!!

It is happening to us too in 2019! Dial the nunber 1300 300 015 at 2.43 pm everyday unless the phone is in use. Telstra is still investigating after several weeks.
