I received one such Commonwealth Bank robo caller today telling me to key in my date of birth to confirm who I was. I was not able to at the time. I was then given the number to ring back on which is 1300 378 386. Rung the number and was told by Telstra that, "The number you have dialled has been disconnected." I tried another number listed in this forum, 1300 130 107 only to get an Indian person who couldn't speak English properly. I hung up immediately. These phone numbers are scams. They are after your credit card number or your bank account number by trying to confirm with you if your account ends in in the last four digits of your account number. Fortunately, the robo bank scam call did not give me my real last four digits of my account number. Do not give them any information. If your bank calls you, they will do so displaying their landline phone number starting with 02.

Got a text message saying I owed money on a credit card which I don't own and to call this number to pay my overdue. Scam.

I got the same sms - I dont have credit card with CBA so I was curious - I tried to call CBA to make them aware but I was on hold for 15 minutes so just hang up

I got call from different people saying need to talk with personal banking matters. They say they are from Commonwealth Bank. It’s ridiculous.

Had ongoing calls from numbers saying from commbank . Block number and they call from another. Was given the 1300 number that the bank said is scam. Now they calling from private numbers and won’t let up. They want personal details . Also got email that looked legit but their covid link had a different dot or slash that legit one. Don’t give info.

Just received a text meg saying my card ( gave the last 4 numbers of my card ) was missing $25 payment and to call this number . Another scam ! The banks never send test messages .

Text claiming my credit card payment for $25 is overdue. It quoted the last 4 digits of my card number. It stated if I had problems paying to call 1300 130 107.

CReceived a text message (supposedly from the commonwealth bank) I have an overdue credit card payment. I do not owe any money on my credit card. I will block this number

hey guys be aware if you call anyone who has a 13 or 130 number ie your Utility's, Doctors so on you will be charged minimum .60 Cents for a local call on the new NBN Voip phones and if you are not with Telstra they will send you a bill from Telstra of between $1.50 to $2.50 for every call to a 180 number that is supposed to be free!! but apparently is not if your landline is not with Telstra??

Ive just received a txt from CBA saying to call this number for a $5 overdue payment, WT?. if you receive a text like this ignore its a scam!

Been going on for over 5 weeks comes up as private but now have been given this number. They won't stop.its relentless and annoying

They've been ringing me for 5 weeks. I've reported it. I'm over it.

Received 4 phone calls asking to ring this number today. They're claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank with an important message.

I also received this call and so rang Commonwealth Bank on a different number and it's their credit card collections number. If you can be bothered, I'd call back on the 132221 number and get them to switch you through as the 1300 number incurs costs that their main number doesn't.

The recorded message does not usually ask for client number and loan numbers, most definitely looks like a scam. Recorded voice sounds exactly the same though, so beware.

Similar call, asking for Kate Elbourne, on my message bank saying to call back on 1300 378 386.
The calls come at regular intervals at all times of the day and night.
I don't know this person!
The other number they give to call back on id 1300 378 386.
Commonwealth Bank say they don't they dont do robo calls!
