Got message saying "Dear customer, please contact the NAB Assist team on 1300 023 569 8am- 8pm Mon- Fri or 9am-1pm Sat. I could not find any record of this number being a NAB phone number on the internet so I rang NAB on their known 132265 number, they did a check and this is not a NAB phone number so do not call it. The message comes through on the phone with a sender listed as NABnoreply. NAB advised this is a scam.

I got calls from this random number but I refused to answer it- atleast twice so I blocked it

They called me on (03) 4100 0198 from Bairnsdale. I called them back. I pressed 5 to say i wasn't myself and they asked me to call a 1300 number. Its a scam.

This number has called me 7+ times a day for the last 5 days!! I decided to text them who is this and why they keep calling me multiple times a day, it’s harassment at this point! I called the number back and said they’re looking for me and if it wasn’t then press “5”. The voice said to get the person to ring on 1300 023 569. So annoying!!

Sane thing happened to us

SMS addressed in my name from 1300 023 569 stating our account was overdrawn by $90.84 and to text 1 to confirm if I was going to make a payment b4 a certain date or text 2 if I was not and then call to discuss. It was suspicious as it went on to say that if you receive a Veterans Affair payment that I should be able to access 90% of it..... this sms is Dodgy as!

Inbound voice call from (02) 8503 4690 that claimed to be from NAB. Automated smart voice call quoted my name correctly, and my mobile correctly and the DDMM correctly, and then requested of birth. I did not interact further suspecting a scam. I then rang back and was directed to 1300 023 569 and looked up this and found these comments as SCAM.

Sent a text message to call number. It is not a NAB number. SCAM

I also received a similar message from this number and it came as NABNoreply as well.

The message I received said: "Important reminder from NAB. A total of $1778.20 on your NAB Home Loan remains unpaid. Refer to your statement for payment options or call NAB Assist on 1300 023 569. Thank you"

I also didn't think it looked right called NAB on the official number listed on their website 13 22 65 and was also told it is a scam. Don't call this number.
