had several calls never leaves a message

Caller: Multi Direct

Caller with strong accent said calling on behalf of bowel cancer research. Wanted me to buy items from their store. Told them I wasn't interested. They then wanted to post me a pen to buy. Told them not to send anything. Very pushy.

I didn't answer.
I have a display phone and can hear or see the number so don't answer at all, then block the number once the call stops.
That way you're not wasting your time or getting cross.

Just another scam pleading for the Cancer Council preying on the vulnerable and doing the real Cancer Council damage in the process. Wish they would get this disease well and truly where the sun don’t shine.

I received a call from this number this afternoon, I am registered on the DO NOT CALL register. And, I have an unlisted number.

I hung up on them before they could say much and then put them on my barred call list

Scam. A lady with strong accent claiming to be a from a charity for bowel cancer. Wanting you to buy calendars / diaries to support them. Do not give them your money

They ask if the can speak to Mr xxxxxxx. (My surname) but as the are not Australian & have difficulty in pronouncing my name I always gleefully & truthfully say, "no one here by that name" & hangup

Always ring at meal times answer, don't say anything and leave off hook for a minute.
Upsets them no end.

Foreign sounding voice supposedly selling items for Bowel Cancer support. Let her rave on for a long time and then just said "No Thanks" for about a six or seven items till she got the message that I wasn't falling for any scam. Very politely said "Have a nice day" and then the call ended.

Had a call at 17:41, no response from caller.

I got a call from this number 7:35pm in the evening today.Didn't answer.

Scammers no messages left, at 7.04 PM no businesses call at that time. Blocked Call Number.

I called back number (08) 9742 1218 reached IVR for a company called Multi Direct.
