I called back number (08) 9591 5700 spoke to a woman who said company name is Rockingham Maternity & Family Practice.

Caller: rockingham maternity practice returned missed call, connected immediately to call waiting music, no business name, no answer after 5 minutes, hung up, tired again, connected again to call wait. I haven't had an appointment here in over 4 years so assuming is a skin check recall
