I just had a Door to door teenager at my home 10/10/22 Safety Bay Area WA,
He was giving away “ free” lottery ticket to win a Woolworths voucher. Asking for for a contact telephone number to be eligible. Suspicious, nothing is free.
I rang the contact number on the ticket he gave me and
It was this number, supposedly for “ avalir home care”. This number answers as “ the party you are trying to reach does not accept unidentified calls” This is a scam using door to door sales to get your number. Block them.

Guy asked for Jane or james I replied no sorry who is this and he Said he was calling about 250 dollar woolworths draw either myself or Jane signed up for and asked if I knew anything about it I said no and I dont know any Jane and he said he must have wrong number then and hung up

Called back, soon as it connects there are a number of key presses over the line and then a guy asks hello before hanging up

Same as above.
Received a missed call, called back and voice message stated unable to accept unidentifiable numbers!!

calls at least twice aday. I block my number ring back and voicemail says they don't accept calls from unknown numbers. No identification at all.

I called back the number (08) 9500 7663 and reached vm that did not mention the company name
