It's The West Australian. They start with "hello Mr *****, you recently entered a competition with The West Australian Newspaper". At this point you get all excited and think you've actually won something, then they go on to ask you if you would like to subscribe. Of course you would right? You were sitting there waiting for that phone call because that's what was on your mind, wanting to subscribe to a newspaper that usually gets stolen off the front lawn by the jerk kids down the street who use it for their bunny cage lining after their parents have read their "free" paper.

I called back number (08) 9482 2464 reached voice mail for a company called Seven West Media.

If it's Seven West Media then likely it the West Australian newspaper asking you to take up a subscription or expand the number of editions you subscribe to.
